Bob Goodman's Bourbon Pecan Pie

Bob is not only a talented writer and #scriptchat guest extraordinaire, he's a pie man.  The night of the chat, he treated us to an impromptu recipe of his bourbon pecan pie.  Here are the official ingredients:

3 eggs
1 cup dark Karo syrup
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 oz butter, melted
1 oz bourbon
1 1/4 cup pecan halves & pieces

Blind bake crust.  Combine all ingredients, pour into shell and bake at 375 until
set, about 30 minutes.

Best with fresh whipped cream.  Enjoy!
